Volunteer Page

 

The volunteers that serve in our county mediation programs come with a variety of backgrounds and experiences.  They are a devoted group of individuals who serve their community by volunteering several hours a month to settle the disputes of their fellow citizens.  We appreciate their dedication to our programs.

County Mediation Volunteers

John T. Bruce has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer since January, 2007.  John has served in Bay, Jackson, Holmes and Washington County courts.  John is a retired educator from the Bay District School System.  Renewal date: 01/26/2011.

Lloyd W. Cramer has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer in Bay County since May 2005.  Lloyd is a retired small business owner.  Renewal date:  05/27/2009

Teresa P. Henry has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer in Bay County since February 2007.   Terry is a retired educator.  Renewal date:  02/09/2011.

Judith Johnson has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer in Bay County since May 2005.  Judy is a retired educator from the Bay District School System.  Renewal date:  05/27/2011.

Lee Lapensohn has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer since March 2002.  He has served in Bay, Washington and Holmes County courts.  Lee is a retired journalist.  Renewal date:  03/08/2010.

Sylvia Maceluch has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer for Bay County courts since May 2005.  She is a retired educator.  Renewal date:  05/27/2009.

John E. Noel has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer for Bay County courts since April 2005. He is retired from the U.S. Army.  Renewal date:  04/01/2009.

Melva J. Penick has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer since March 2002.  She has served in Bay and Jackson County courts since march, 2002.  Melva is a retired foreign trade zone customs accountant.   Renewal date:  03/08/2010.

Isaac “Mike” Polan has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer in Bay County since February 18, 2005.  Mike is a retired business man and a former college professor.   Renewal date:  02/18/2011.

James C. H. Robinson has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer since March, 2002.  He has served in Bay, Jackson, Holmes and Washington County courts.  Jim is a retired project manager.   Renewal date:  03/15/2010.

Varnum D. P. Spicer III has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer for Bay County courts since May 2005.  He is employed as an air traffic controller.   Renewal date:  03/25/2009.

Paul Yates has been a certified county mediator since April 2005. Paul is also certified as a family mediator.  Paul has served in Bay, Jackson, Holmes and Washington County courts.  He is a retired business man.  Renewal date:  04/29/2009.

Emily C. Wilkerson has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer for Holmes and Washington County courts since January 2008.  She is a retired educator.  Renewal date:  01/18/2010.

William H. Boyenton has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer for Jackson, Holmes and Washington County courts since February 2008. He is a retired business man.  Renewal date:  02/28/2010.

Ernest J. Only has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer for Jackson, Holmes and Washington County courts since May 2008.  He retired from the U.S. Air Force and from the Miami-Dade county department of human services.  Renewal date:  05/23/2010.

Mae Alice Only has been a certified county mediator and a volunteer for Jackson, Holmes and Washington County courts since May 2008. She is a retired educator.  Renewal date:  05/23/2010.
