Bay County Mediation Program

Mediation is used in County Court to help parties resolve their case without a hearing before the Court. The Court uses volunteer mediators who are certified by the Florida Supreme Court. The focus of County Court Mediation is to provide mediation of small claims cases at no cost to litigants.
