The Fourteenth Judicial Circuit is located in the panhandle of Florida and serves Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and Washington Counties. Our courthouses are located in Panama City, Blountstown, Port St. Joe, Bonifay, Marianna and Chipley. There are eleven Circuit Court judges and nine County Court judges hearing cases in this circuit. We also utilize the services of Senior (retired) Judges, General Magistrates, Child Support Hearing Officers, and Civil Traffic Hearing Officers to aid in the prompt disposition of cases.

Our mission is to protect the rights and liberties of our citizens, uphold and interpret the law, and provide for the peaceful resolution of disputes. We are committed to administering justice fairly, efficiently and impartially in all cases that are brought before us.
