The Florida court system is comprised of 20 judicial circuits. The 14th Judicial Circuit has general trial jurisdiction over state court cases in Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and Washington Counties. The judicial function of the court system is carried out by circuit and county judges. Circuit judges are assigned to hear circuit court cases throughout the circuit. County judges hear cases within their respective counties. A listing of our judges is provided on this web site.
